 Elgabali would like everyone to be satisfied with the painting. Without reservation, within 6 days after you receive a work, Artist will accept the return of any oil or acrylic painting done by her. The artist would be grateful if you mention the reason(s) for your refund request.

Policy for the Condition of Any Returned Painting:

1- The painting must be in a perfect condition and returned within the original
packaging.

2- The cost of shipping the painting back will be entirely at the customer’s expense.

3- If the piece is lost or damaged during return shipping, the artist has no responsibility, and the purchase price will be non-refundable.

 If the painting is received by you with an obvious flaw, notify hma_elgabaly@yahoo.com within 6 days after receipt to qualify for a full exchange or refund, including any return shipping fees.
